The real-estate bubble may be bursting in parts of the U.S., but not so in Russia, where the market is redhot. High-end office space now rents for $95 a square foot in Moscow -- $21 more than in pricy midtown Manhattan, according to the recent study. A 93-story office tower, which will be Europe's tallest building, is now going up along the Moscow River. Foreign investors are expecting to pour billions into Russian real estate over the next few years.
